The Story of the Reformation | We Protest
On October 31, 2017, protestant Christians celebrated 500 years of the protestant reformation. In 1517, Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the door of Wittenburg Castle Church- an event that sparked a revolution within the Christian faith. But half a millennium later, does this event still matter? Is there a reason for protestant churches to continue to be separate from the Catholic Church? In October 2017, our church began a five week study of the foundational ideas that we hold today as a direct result of the protestant reformation. This animated video was made by Arrowhead Church in Morristown, Tennessee, in 2017.
